The newspaper that I want.

She was born the cultural association "I" . She will publish the new journal will be its members to elect the Drafting Committee and the Director. CULTURAL ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS Article 1 - Name and address
It consists of a cultural association called "I" located in xxxxxxxxxxx
The association is governed by the law under Articles. 36 and following of the Civil Code and other provisions set down for the non-profit social organizations.

Art.2 - Aims and purposes
The non-profit association.
Members are required to accept of this Statute.
The association is purely secular, independent, independent and impartial;
it proposes to:
treat a publication (from here on "magazine") whose main theme, but not exclusive, and local culture in its various forms and meanings;
work in the fields of information, cinema, audiovisual, theater, music, dance, writing, visual arts, communication through publishing, education and training activities;
promote initiatives in all fields in which they occur cultural experiences, recreational and educational, social solidarity and in all those where you can take a civil battle with courage against all forms of ignorance, intolerance, violence, censorship, injustice, discrimination, racism and exclusion, of human rights;
defend and enhance the artistic , cultural, scenic, environmental and quality of life;
work with legislative bodies, governments, local authorities, in order to achieve the best result;
promote and organize, in collaboration with other organizations which share the purpose, encounters , debates and events on topics relevant to their social purpose.
The association intends to pursue its objectives by encouraging the spirit of participation and collaboration, with irony, irreverence and intelligence, using every tool available for communication, especially those that encourage innovation.

3 - Economic Resources
The economic resources of the association shall consist of:
dues and any voluntary contributions of members
contributions from public bodies and other natural and legal persons whose work and whose purposes are not manifestly contrary the founding principles of the association;
any grants, donations and bequests;
any revenue for services provided by the association as part of institutional activities and those related;
any other income that contributes to increasing the social activities in accordance with the law and the principles expressed in this constitution.

4 - Members
The number of members is unlimited. The association
"I" is open to anyone interested in the achievement of social objectives, share the spirit and ideals and are willing to contribute its assets to their concrete realization.
The members are divided into the following categories:
founding members: those who have made legally binding and those for special merits, to be co-opted by the Board. Are required to pay a fee and an ongoing collaboration in the drafting of the magazine.
Ordinary Members: those who want to participate and cooperate to achieve the statutory objectives contributing to the payment of membership dues and in collaboration with the editorial department in sporadic forms. Their membership is valid if approved by the Board. Members
extraordinary: those that contribute to the association with voluntary contributions.
The founding members and ordinary members are in all respects to all eligible voters and corporate offices. Any members
minors have the same rights and same duties as all other members, including the right to participate and vote at the meeting.

5 - Organs of the
bodies are:
the shareholders' meeting, which coincides with the Board of Trustees;
the Executive Council, which coincides with the Editorial Board;
the President, who coincides with the editorial director;
treasurer.
The associative positions are covered free of charge.
It must be anticipated for the reimbursement of costs incurred and previously authorized by the Board of Directors, provided documented.

The Assembly The Assembly is composed of founding members and ordinary members. It coincides with the Board of Trustees and is the sovereign body of the association.
The meeting is called by the President at least once a year, however, whenever approved by the Board of Directors or written request at least three-tenths of the members in good standing with the payment of dues.
The date and agenda will be provided with means which the President deems appropriate, including through the magazine.
For the validity of its creation and its deliberations on the first call must be present or represented at least half of the members and decisions are taken by majority vote.

7 - The Executive Council The Executive Council
coincides with the Editorial Board of magazine and is composed of a number of members varies from three to nine, from among the members.

The Board elects from within, and possibly a Vice President.
If, during the term of office, were missing one or more members of the Board, the Board coopterà other members to replace the missing members, co-opted members shall hold office until the first meeting, which will confirm them in office until the end the Board of Directors has co-opted them.

take all decisions relating to the operation of, the statutory limits, and the publication magazine;
prepare the budget and the annual report.

8 - The President The President
, which coincides with the Director of the magazine, the legal representative of the association and shall implement the resolutions of the Board of Directors.
The Chairman has a duration of one year, is renewable and may be revoked by decision of the Board voted by a majority of two thirds and ratified by the assembly.

Treasurer The treasurer is appointed by him also choose among non-members. Its function is to check the soundness of management in relation to law and the bylaws. Must prepare annual report on the occasion of approving the annual accounts.

12 - Duration and termination
The association lasted until 2050, and may be extended or prematurely dissolved by resolution of the shareholders.
